Implementing the provisions of regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection of data), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", the Company presents the rules for the processing of personal data and your related rights.

3. Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected.

4. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing or for the period specified by law, in particular tax law and accounting regulations.

5. The recipients of your personal data may be:

  a) entities cooperating with the Company in the field of services provided to the Company and supporting the Company's current business processes,

  b) public administration bodies,

  c) entities related by capital to the Company and persons who are members of their bodies,

  d) attorneys, legal advisers, tax advisers or other professional advisers.

6. You have the right to:

  a) request access to your personal data and obtain a copy - in accordance with Article 15 GDPR,

  b) rectification (correction) and supplementation of data when the data is incorrect or incomplete - in accordance with Article 16 GDPR,

  c) request the deletion of your personal data - in accordance with Article 17 GDPR,

  d) request to limit the processing of your personal data - in accordance with Article 18 GDPR,

  e) transfer your personal data - in accordance with Article 20 GDPR,

  f) object to the processing of your data - in accordance with Article 21 GDPR,

  g) withdraw consent at any time when your data is processed on the basis of the consent obtained, but its withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,

  h) file a complaint to the Head of the Personal Data Protection Office regarding the recognition that the Company is processing your data in violation of the provisions on the protection of personal data.

7. Personal data will not be subject to automated processing that could affect your legal situation or otherwise affect your rights, freedoms and obligations.

8. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries and international organizations.
